About Mike Lorelli
Mike Lorelli’s background includes two assignments as a PepsiCo division president. Subsequently, he has built, as CEO, five private equity backed portfolio companies, for Riverside Company, Falconhead Capital, Rutledge Capital, and Pouschine Cook Capital Management. Dr. John Rutledge Capital, Chairman of Rutledge Capital, has said "I would invade China with Mike alone in a rubber boat."
Mike has been on the Boards of three publicly held companies, and chaired all 3 Compensation Committees. He has also served on eleven private Boards. He is currently on the Boards of iControl, KPI Soft, Spring Fresh, and the Connecticut Chapter of the NACD. Mike is Masters level certified at both the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and The American College of Corporate Directors (ACCD). He previously also served as an Operating Partner at Falconhead Capital.
He has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering from NYU’s School of Engineering and Science.
